Warranty


Unless special warranty is stated on the original invoice for special items, Tartan Sports provides a 1 year warranty on all our products.

Tartan Sports does not warrant any products that have been subject to improper use, abuse of physical damage or the normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise for evidence of misuse or alteration.

Tartan Sports does not warrant any repaired product made by unauthorized person.

Our warranty does not extend beyond the original purchaser of the product. This warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable.

The purchaser shall inspect the products at the time of delivery and shall notify Tartan Sports of any defect or discrepancies within 5 business days of the receipt of goods.

The purchaser should phone Tartan about the defective item. In the event of a warranty claim you must contact our customer service department at 1.800.727.8228 or e mail at tsports@aol.com and obtain a return merchandise authorization number. This “RMA” number needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box and the merchandise must be returned to us, at your cost, to the address below.

Returned products will be examined and repaired or replaced at Tartan's option. In the event of a defect, the product will be repaired and returned to you at our cost.

Credit will be issued within 2 business days after the returned product is examined and approved by Tartan Sports.
